At Medici, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
📦 Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Italy using Royal Mail Tracked services, with signature on delivery.
United Kingdom

Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days from the date of order -
Express Shipping (Royal Mail 24 Tracked & Signed):
Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days from the date of order
Please note: Most UK orders arrive sooner, but these are estimated delivery windows.

💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.
We may offer free UK standard shipping on orders over £50 (subject to change during promotions).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
📦 Missed or Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet the delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or external factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or tracking shows issues, please contact us at contact@mediciworld.com.
We are not responsible for lost parcels where tracking confirms successful delivery.
