Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on underwear if the packaging is unopened and the product is unworn, unused, and in its original condition. This is for hygiene reasons and aligns with industry standards.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for hygiene reasons. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order once your return (if applicable) has been processed.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are based in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, this only applies to items that are unopened, unworn, and in their original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
