Please follow the wash instructions on the specific product you purchased, but in general, we recommend a cold machine wash with a gentle soap to best maintain the integrity of the organic bamboo fabric. While we do recommend line drying, you can tumble dry using a delicate setting and low heat to prevent any damage to the garment.

Tired of the substandard quality in the men’s boxer industry, we’ve made durability a priority. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty on all Medici products. If any product is found to be defective, we’ll replace it as quickly as possible. We may require the return of the defective pair to process your warranty claim.

Our size guide varies slightly depending on each product. The Anti-Chafe Paneling is designed to fit snugly to prevent ride-up into the crotch—something you’ll never have to deal with again. If you have particularly large quads, we recommend sizing up for the perfect fit.

Absolutely. Our boxers are made from responsibly sourced organic bamboo fabric, a renewable and eco-friendly material. To reduce our environmental footprint, we also prioritize shipping over air freight, significantly cutting CO2 emissions

We currently service the UK and Italy. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

UK Orders: You should receive your boxers within 3-5 working days, though most customers receive theirs sooner. Our compact packaging is designed to fit through a standard letterbox for added convenience.

Italy Orders: Delivery typically takes 7-14 days to arrive.
